Hongkong Post today (July 21) issued the "Creative Industries" Special Stamps.
At a ceremony this morning at the General Post Office, Postmaster General Mr Allan Chiang and Secretary for Home Affairs Dr Patrick Ho marked the issue of the special stamps by stamping a blown-up first day cover.
As a memento of the occasion, Mr Chiang presented Dr Ho and designer of the special stamps Mr Arde Lam, framed stamps and first day covers.
