Polling date for 2007 District Council ordinary election

The Secretary for Constitutional Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, announced today (April 16) that the third ordinary election of the District Councils would be held on November 18.
The date for holding the third ordinary election was specified by the Chief Executive in accordance with section 27 of the District Councils Ordinance (Cap. 547). The date will be published in the Gazette this Friday (April 20).
