Police today (January 18) appealed for information about a serious traffic accident in Tsuen Wan this morning in which a 37-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured.
About 1.15am, a 37-year-old man was lying on the first lane of Sha Tsui Road, Tuen Mun bound near Ham Tin Street. The man sustained head injuries and was rushed to Yan Chai Hospital, and was later transferred to Princess Margaret Hospital for medical treatment. It is believed that the man was hit by a public light bus and a taxi.
Investigations by the Special Investigation Team, Traffic New Territories South, are underway.
