Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (January 22):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Hong Kong Blind Union, The Church of United Brethren in Christ, Social Service Division and International Church of the Foursquare Gospel - Hong Kong District Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
