Temporary suspension of Mobile Library 5 and 9 services

     The services provided by Mobile Libraries 5 and 9 will be suspended from October 24 to November 5 for routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (October 21).

     Service points of Mobile Library 5 to be affected are Hin Keng Estate, Chevalier Garden, Pok Hong Estate, Kam Tai Court and Kam Ying Court in Sha Tin; Kin Ming Estate, Ming Tak Estate and Tsui Lam Estate in Tseung Kwan O; Tai Wo Estate, Fu Shin Estate, Fu Heng Estate and On Ho Lane in Tai Po; Bayview Garden in Tsuen Wan and Tai Wo Hau Estate in Kwai Chung. To enquire about Mobile Library 5 services, please call 2696 5842.

     Service points of Mobile Library 9 to be affected are Kai Yip Estate in Kowloon Bay, Tsui Ping (South) Estate in Kwun Tong, Tin Wan Estate in Aberdeen, Oi Tung Estate in Aldrich Bay, Tai Hong Street in Lei King Wan and Heng Fa Chuen in Chai Wan.      People are welcome to use other public libraries during the service suspension period. They may also renew library materials by telephoning 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at www.hkpl.gov.hk/english/catalogues/catalogues_rbr/catalogues_rbr.html.
