Following is a transcript of remarks by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan, at a media session after attending the Legislative Council meeting today (April 25):

Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury: I think what we should now talk about is how to terminate this senseless, meaningless, so-called "filibuster". It is not good for Hong Kong, not good for the Legislative Council.
