Appointments to Occupational Safety and Health Council

The Government today (August 16) announced that Mr Conrad Wong Tin-cheung has been re-appointed as the Chairman of the Occupational Safety and Health Council. Dr Alan Chan Hoi-shou and Mr Poon Siu-ping have been re-appointed as the Vice-chairman and a member of the Council respectively. They will serve for a term of two years with effect from August 22, 2013.
The Council is constituted under the Occupational Safety and Health Council Ordinance with the task of fostering a safe and healthy working environment in Hong Kong. The appointments were published in the Gazette today.
