Brain training a boon for stroke victims

A biomedical engineering team from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University has developed the Brain Training Device that is proving to be a godsend for patients recovering from a paralysing stroke.
Team leader Professor Raymond Tong describes how this innovation has a clear advantage over conventional stroke-rehabilitation therapies, while a stroke patient who volunteered to test it says it has helped him regain control of his paralysed hand.
