The Home Affairs Bureau today (October 31) announced the re-appointment of Dr Chung Shui-ming as Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Arts Development (ACAD). The new appointments and re-appointments are made for a two-year term from November 1, 2014 to October 31, 2016.
