The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat:
The Legislative Council (LegCo) Public Accounts Committee (PAC) will hold public hearings on "Provision of long-term care services for the elderly" (Chapter 1) and "Provision of health services for the elderly" (Chapter 2) of the Director of Audit's Report No.63 next Monday (December 1) at 9am and 3.30pm in Conference Room 3 and Conference Room 2 of the LegCo Complex respectively.
Twelve witnesses have been invited to appear before the above hearings to respond to points raised in the Report and answer questions asked by members of PAC.
