Following is the transcript of remarks by the Financial Secretary, Mr John C Tsang, at a media session today (December 17):
Reporter: Mr Tsang, do you have any plans to ease the property cooling methods?
Financial Secretary: I think this is something that we've been talking of for quite a long time, and I have been asked the question every time I stand-up before our friends from the media. And I have made that quite clear. The Chief Executive has also made that quite clear. I don't have anything else to add to it.
