Technical Instructions for Reading Chinese Characters in the Register

To read Chinese characters in the Register of Licensed Persons and Registered Institutions, please note that:

1. Please use a browser and computer system capable of displaying character set MS950 or Big5 with Hong Kong Supplementary Character Set(HKSCS) Support.
2. For Microsoft Windows platform, you may download and install HKSCS from the following site Microsoft HKSCS Support.
