With effect from 1 July 2023, the Pharmacy and Poisons Board will only issue certificates of drug/ product registration in electronic form for applications for initial registration, renewal of registration and change of registered particulars.

With effect from 2 April 2024, the Pharmacy and Poisons Board will only issue approval letters in electronic form (“the electronic approval letters”) for applications for change of registered particulars except those under category 5, i.e. change in name and/or address of the current registration certificate holder or change to new registration certificate holder.
The electronic approval letter will be issued through the Pharmaceuticals Registration System (PRS2.0). User can download the electronic approval letter under the “Approval Letter” tab of the application on PRS2.0. |

| 4. | You should disable options on your browser to avoid storing or retaining your e-Cert password on the personal computer. | ||||||||
| 5. | For organizational e-Cert file location, it is case-insensitive in Windows platform. | ||||||||
