Police have classified as murder a case in which the body of a woman was
discovered at a remote area in Ha Pak Nai, Tin Shui Wai today (February 27).
A 33-year-old man was arrested today in connection with case and he is being
detained for enquiries.
On February 12, Police received a report of the missing of a 37-year-old woman
in Happy Valley. She was last known to be in Lau Fau Shan area on February 7.
As a result of Police enquiries and a search operation conducted in Ha Pak Nai
area today, the body of the missing woman was discovered.
Investigations by Regional Crime Unit of Hong Kong Island are proceeding.
