The Rating and Valuation Department today (March 7) releases the preliminary findings of its annual review of the production and activities in the local property market.
The preliminary findings, to be incorporated in the Hong Kong Property Review 2007, cover the major private property categories, in terms of completions, take-up and vacancy in 2006, forecast completions in 2007 and 2008, as well as price and rental data.
Details of the findings in English and Chinese can be downloaded from the Department's website at http://www.rvd.gov.hk.
