The coaching offered by the District Sports Teams Training Scheme launched by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department enables thousands of people to represent their own districts in hotly contested inter-district matches in various ball games since 2000. Grand Prize Presentation Ceremony of the 2006/07 District Sports Teams Training Scheme was held today (March 11) at Shek Kip Mei Park Sports Cemtre to present medals to district teams for their excellent performance in basketball, volleyball and handball contests.
