Visitors to the Hong Kong Flower Show at Victoria Park, staged by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, are getting more than they expected.
As well as the breathtaking flora displays, visitors can learn more about the equestrian sport through a number of mounted displays.
Information on the three disciplines - dressage, show jumping and eventing - in Olympic Equestrian Sports is depicted on the display panels.
The likeness of Huan Huan, the mascot for Equestrian Events, is also on show.
On Saturday and Sunday (March 24 and 25), visitors to the flower show will also have the opportunity to see a "Pony-and-Olympic Equestrian Display" which is on from noon until 5pm on both days.
The Equestrian Events of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games will be held in Hong Kong in August, 2008.
The panels are on display alongside information panels on the 2009 East Asian Games to be held in Hong Kong in 2009.
The flower show is on until Sunday.
