The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Customer Service Excellence: The Way to Win for SMEs" on April 19 (Thursday), inviting the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence (HKACE) and winners of its Customer Service Excellence Award 2006 for SME to share their valuable experiences.
During the seminar, two founding members of the HKACE, Dah Chong Hong (Motor Service Centre) Limited and CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, together with the winners, will share their experience in providing quality customer service. Their success stories will give insights to SMEs on enhancing customer service.
The seminar will be held on April 19 at 2.30pm at the Lecture Theatre, Ground Floor, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (MTR Tin Hau Station Exit B). It will be conducted in Cantonese with free admission.
