The Social Welfare Department announces that today is an endorsed regional flag day. Aberdeen Kai-Fong Welfare Association Limited, Mission Ark Limited and Society for the Welfare of the Autistic Persons will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
