At a meeting with the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports, Director-General of the Ministry, Mr Martin van Rijn (right), and his team guided the Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food, Dr York Chow, through the country's health care reform programme which was implemented last year following the enactment of the health insurance act.
