The Secretary for Security, Mr Ambrose S K Lee (right), announced in Beijing today (January 14) the new arrangements for Mainland "overage children" of Hong Kong residents applying for One Way Permits. Accompanying him is the Director of Immigration, Mr Simon Peh.
