     Following is the transcript of remarks by the Financial Secretary, Mr John C Tsang, at a media session after a meeting with members of the Legislative Council at Central Government Offices today (February 28):

Reporter: Does it mean that you have decided to make changes?

Financial Secretary: I just said that we have just met and I have received very solid recommendations from our members behind me and I will look at those recommendations and I will consolidate some of these recommendations and propose some recommendations to everyone.
