The Commissioner of Police, Mr Tsang Wai-hung (right), and HSBC Chief Operating Officer Asia Pacific Region, Mr Raymond Cheng, officiate at the Presentation Ceremony of the Hongkong Bank Foundation Junior Police Call (JPC) Awards 2011 today (March 17) at the Police Sports and Recreation Club.
