At a seminar in Hangzhou titled "Hong Kong - Your Platform to Go Global - Strategic Brand Building" today (August 31), the Associate Director-General of Investment Promotion, Miss Victoria Tang, encouraged Mainland enterprises to "Go Global" via Hong Kong.
