Missing man in Chai Wan located

     Police located a man who went missing in Chai Wan.

     Li Wing-kan, aged 51, left his home in Nam Fung Sun Chuen at noon on December 5 and failed to return. His mother made a report to Police yesterday (December 10).

     Police located the man at Quarry Bay Public Library this afternoon (December 11).
