| The Narcotics Division of the Security Bureau and the Action Committee Against Narcotics (ACAN), together with the Police Central District, the Central and Western District Council, the Central and Western District Fight Crime Committee and the Central District Junior Police Call, today (December 14) held an anti-drug publicity event in Lan Kwai Fong in Central to appeal to the public to remain vigilant and stay away from drugs during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Those officiating at the event included the ACAN Chairman, Professor Daniel Shek (sixth left); the Commissioner for Narcotics, Mrs Erika Hui (fourth left); and the Commander of the Police Central District, Mr Kwok Yam-shu (second left). |
