The Hong Kong Flower Show 2013, presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, will be held in Victoria Park for 10 days from March 15 to 24. The flower show is now inviting members of the public to take part in its plant exhibits competition. Applications are free of charge and will remain open until February 6.
