Kwan Man-ming, aged 78, is about 1.63 metres tall, 50 kilograms in weight and of thin build. He has a round face with yellow complexion and grey short hair. He was last seen wearing a light pink checker shirt, dark blue trousers, leather shoes and carrying a brown bag.   Close
