Promoting a Happy Work Place for people with disabilities to demonstrate their talents (with photos)

The Director of Social Welfare, Ms Carol Yip, speaks at the 3E's Project "Happy Work Place" voting-cum-appreciation programme today (November 12), at which she expressed the Government's commitment in promoting work opportunities for the disabled and gave thanks to all the rehabilitation organisations for their dedication.
