| The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah; the Director of Leisure and Cultural Services, Ms Michelle Li; and representatives from the District Councils of urban areas proceeded to the Central Lawn of Victoria Park after the opening ceremony of the Mid-Autumn Lantern Carnival and gave out cleaning packs to members of the public and appealed to them to keep the environment clean while enjoying the festive celebrations.
