EMSD urges public to suspend use of detachable power plug of three models of Medela breast pump (with photo)

     The Electrical and Mechanical Services Department today (September 21) urged the public to suspend the use of the detachable power plug of the Swing Maxi, Swing and Freestyle models of the Medela breast pump, and contact the supplier to arrange replacement.

     According to the supplier, the plug may break apart if excessive force is applied on it, thus causing exposure of live parts and posing a risk of electric shock.
