SFH to visit Beijing

     The Secretary for Food and Health, Dr Ko Wing-man, will depart for Beijing tomorrow (October 16) to meet with the Minister of the China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), Mr Bi Jingquan, and other officials of the CFDA for an exchange on issues including procurement, management and regulation of drug.

     Accompanying Dr Ko on the visit will be the Permanent Secretary for Food and Health (Health), Mr Patrick Nip; the Deputy Director of Health, Dr Cindy Lai; the Director (Cluster Services) of the Hospital Authority, Dr Cheung Wai-lun, and other relevant officials.

     Dr Ko will return to Hong Kong in the afternoon on October 17.
