Leisure angling ancillary facilities open in Tai Po (with photos)

     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (May 12) that the leisure angling ancillary facilities near the public pier at the end of the Tai Po Waterfront Park promenade have been opened for public use.
  
     The newly installed angling ancillary facilities, including fishing rod holders and benches, aim to enable members of the public to conduct angling activities in a more pleasant environment. Educational display panels on good practices and safety rules for leisure angling have also been erected there.
  
     The leisure angling ancillary facilities are located near the Tai Po Waterfront Park promenade, where the public can view the beautiful scenery of Tolo Harbour and Ma On Shan, and are close to bus stops, public car parks and a cycle parking area. Anglers can also take advantage of amenities such as a light refreshment kiosk and toilets at the park.
