STH to visit Singapore

     The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Mr Frank Chan Fan, will depart Hong Kong for Singapore next Monday morning (August 28) to learn more about its latest developments in housing and transport.

     During the visit, Mr Chan will pay a courtesy call on the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies of Singapore, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam. He will also meet with the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Minister for Transport, Mr Khaw Boon Wan; the Minister for National Development and Second Minister for Finance of Singapore, Mr Lawrence Wong; and officials of transport and housing-related agencies to exchange views on transport and housing issues.

     Mr Chan will return to Hong Kong next Tuesday night (August 29).
