SHA congratulates Hong Kong swimming athlete for winning silver medal at National Games

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah, extended congratulations to Hong Kong athlete To King-him, who was partnered with athletes from Zhejiang Province, for winning a silver medal in the Men's 4x100m Freestyle Relay at the 13th National Games being held in Tianjin today (September 1).

Mr Lau said, "He has fully met the challenges to display his skill and teamwork and achieved remarkable result. I hope that he can continue to excel in swimming events, bringing Hong Kong glory on the world stage."
