To enjoy the mail collection service at a selected iPostal Station and/or Post Office, users must first register for a unique Mail Collection Number (MCN) at the EC-Ship online portal (www.ec-ship.hk) and get the sub-code of the selected iPostal Station and/or collection office. Users should then inform senders to put the MCN and the sub-code onto mail items. Users will receive an SMS notification with a passcode for convenient and secure collection of items upon arrival.
