Two approved outline zoning plans referred back for amendment

     The Town Planning Board (the Board) announced today (March 23) that the Chief Executive in Council has referred two approved outline zoning plans (OZPs) to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest land use proposals in the Mai Po, Fairview Park and Tsing Yi areas.

     Each OZP, incorporating the respective amendments, will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.

     The Mai Po and Fairview Park OZP was last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in February 2005, and the Tsing Yi OZP was last approved in February 2017.
