New District Officer for Eastern assumes office (with photo)

     Mr Simon Chan will assume the post of District Officer (Eastern) tomorrow (June 13), succeeding Ms Anne Teng.

     Mr Chan joined the Trade Officer Grade in 1989 and joined the Administrative Service in 2010. He has served in the Education Bureau.

     He was the Principal Assistant Secretary for the Civil Service (Housing and Establishment) before taking up the new post.
