Hong Kong Police Force 175th Anniversary Commemorative Book (with photo)

     In celebration of the 175th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Police Force, a commemorative book, entitled “Hong Kong Police Force 175th Anniversary – From Strength to Strength  Serving with Pride and Care”, will go on sale at various bookstores from May 1, 2019.

     The book presents a holistic view of the duties of various units of the Force, complemented with more than 300 well-selected photographs ranging from various kinds of police uniforms to police operations in different circumstances.

     To cater for readers of different ages and reading habits, the Force has specifically developed a mobile application to make the book more interesting. Through the mobile application, readers can view the videos and three-dimensional models of the book via the augmented reality (AR) technology, or play the virtual reality (VR) game to explore the history and development of the Force. 

     The book is presented in traditional Chinese and English, with a fixed price at $175.
