Hong Kong Customs detects trafficking in dangerous drug case using underpants and diaper (with photo)

Through risk assessment, Customs officers intercepted an outgoing 41-year-old man at the HZMB Hong Kong Port for inspection last night and found the batch of suspected dangerous drugs, including ketamine, methamphetamine and cocaine, inside his underpants and a diaper he was wearing.
The man was arrested immediately. An investigation is ongoing.
Under the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, trafficking in a dangerous drug is a serious offence. The maximum penalty upon conviction is a fine of $5 million and life imprisonment.
