The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat:

     The Legislative Council Subcommittee to Examine the Implementation in Hong Kong of Resolutions of the United Nations Security Council in relation to Sanctions has not been formed and cannot continue its operation. The meeting originally scheduled for tomorrow (December 11) at 2.15pm is cancelled.
