System maintenance of COVID-19 Electronic Vaccination Record System

     The Government today (December 21) announced that the COVID-19 Electronic Vaccination Record System will undergo system maintenance from 2am to 4am tomorrow (December 22), during which its services will be unavailable. 

     During the maintenance period, access to electronic vaccination records via the "iAM Smart" mobile application, the booking system of the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme, and the COVID-19 Vaccination Information Declaration Form will be suspended. Members of the public may download the Electronic Vaccination Record, book for vaccination or declare the non-local vaccination record in advance if needed.
