Two approved outline zoning plans referred back for amendment

     The Town Planning Board announced today (April 22) that the Chief Executive in Council has referred the approved Pok Fu Lam Outline Zoning Plan (OZP) and the approved Ma On Shan OZP to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest land use proposals.

     Each OZP incorporating the respective amendment(s) will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.

     The Pok Fu Lam OZP and the Ma On Shan OZP were last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in January 2021 and January 2022 respectively.
