Smooth operation at LCSD venues on commencement day of third stage of Vaccine Pass

     A spokesman for the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) today (May 31) said that implementation of the third stage of the Vaccine Pass has commenced today. All persons entering the scheduled premises as stipulated in the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F) and other indoor venues under the management of the LCSD complied with the relevant requirement of the Vaccine Pass. Operations at various LCSD venues have been smooth on the first day.

     In accordance with the Prevention and Control of Disease (Vaccine Pass) Regulation (Cap. 599L) and relevant requirements of administrative instructions, all persons entering or remaining at the scheduled premises or other indoor venues under the management of the LCSD must comply with the requirement of the third stage of the Vaccine Pass.

     To expedite the process of admission, the LCSD appeals to service users to download the latest versions of their vaccination records through the COVID-19 Electronic Vaccination and Testing Record System website (www.evt.gov.hk/portal/en/) or the "eHealth" or "iAM Smart" mobile applications in advance and store their QR codes of the relevant records or medical exemption certificates with the latest version of the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile application.
