Appointment of Vice-Chairman to Youth Development Commission

     The Government announced today (August 25) the appointment of Mr Kenneth Leung Yuk-wai as Vice-Chairman of the Youth Development Commission (YDC) with immediate effect until March 31, 2023.

     The Chief Secretary for Administration and Chairman of the YDC, Mr Chan Kwok-ki, said, "Mr Kenneth Leung Yuk-wai has been actively involved in youth development work. During his tenure as a member of the YDC, he has offered valuable advice and made exemplary contributions to the YDC. I look forward to working closely with Mr Leung and other YDC members to promote youth development in Hong Kong together."

     Mr Chan also expressed gratitude to Mr Clarence Leung, who has assumed the post of the Under Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, for his distinguished contribution to the YDC during his tenure as the YDC Vice Chairman.
