New District Officer for Kwai Tsing assumes office (with photo)

     Mr Huggin Tang will assume the post of District Officer (Kwai Tsing) tomorrow (September 13), succeeding Mr Kenneth Cheng.

     Mr Tang joined the Administrative Service in 2008. He has served in various bureaux including the then Food and Health Bureau, the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau, the Security Bureau and the Labour and Welfare Bureau.

     He was the Assistant District Officer (Kwai Tsing) before taking up the new post.
