Three approved outline zoning plans referred back for amendment

     The Town Planning Board announced today (October 28) that the Chief Executive in Council has referred the approved Kennedy Town & Mount Davis Outline Zoning Plan (OZP), the approved Shau Kei Wan OZP and the approved Tsuen Wan West OZP to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest land use proposals.

     Each OZP incorporating the respective amendment(s) will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.

     The Kennedy Town & Mount Davis OZP, the Shau Kei Wan OZP and the Tsuen Wan West OZP were last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in March 2022, March 2015 and December 2012 respectively.
