Commissioner of Police will extend his service

     The Commissioner of Police, Mr Siu Chak-yee, will reach retirement age on April 2, 2023. He has been granted extension of service for 24 months to April 1, 2025.
 
     A Government spokesman said today (February 16), "The purpose of granting Commissioner Siu an extension of service is to facilitate a smooth transition of the senior management of the Hong Kong Police Force."
