Two approved outline zoning plans referred back for amendment

The Town Planning Board announced today (April 6) that the Chief Executive in Council has referred two approved outline zoning plans to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest land use proposals, namely the approved Lam Tsuen Outline Zoning Plan (OZP) and the approved Nam Sang Wai OZP.

Each OZP incorporating the respective amendment(s) will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.

Both the Lam Tsuen OZP and the Nam Sang Wai OZP were last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in October 2006.
