     The Hong Kong Housing Authority announced that, due to the hoist of Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 is issued, the scheduled Express Flat Allocation Scheme (EFAS) flat selection sessions this morning (November 14) will be cancelled. If Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 warning signal is still in force at 1200 noon, all the flat selection sessions for EFAS today will be cancelled. Applicants can refer to the 'Flat Selection Arrangements During Tropical Cyclones/Rainstorms/"Extreme Conditions"' enclosed in the flat selection invitation letter or visit www.housingauthority.gov.hk for the arrangements. Enquiries may be made through the HA Hotline 2712 2712.
